Acquisitions & Development – Houston Street Capital / Save Green Self Storage

Originally from Naples, FL, Frank DeSalvo attended Tufts University in Medford, MA before moving to New York to work as the Director of Operations for a local hospitality group.  Since joining Save Green Self Storage in 2016, Frank has been integrally involved in self-storage acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, helping grow the partnership’s portfolio to nine facilities throughout the Wilmington, Triad, Charlotte, and Asheville markets in North Carolina.  Frank currently resides in Charlotte, NC, and is a licensed broker in North Carolina and New York.  In his free time, he enjoys exercising, writing music, and volunteering with the Faith, Hope & Love mentoring program in Charlotte.
